Terms of Service

This Agreement governs the relationship between Roddee (hereinafter — "Service", "We") and the individual using the Service (hereinafter — "User", "You"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Roddee provides car search and discovery tools for the Thai used car market, including intelligent search, listing aggregation, and AI-powered description summarization.

1.2. Roddee is not a car dealer, broker, or party to any car transaction. We are a search and analytics platform only.

1.3. All car listing data displayed on the Service is obtained from publicly available sources through third-party API providers. We do not directly scrape or collect data from platforms ourselves.

1.4. Roddee is currently in beta. The service may contain bugs or incomplete features, and functionality may change without notice. Beta period may end at any time with 30 days notice.

2. Account and Access

2.1. You may browse and search car listings without an account. An account is required to access original listing links, save favorites, and set search alerts.

2.2. We use Apple Login as our login method. Upon sign-in, we receive your email address and name. We do not access your Apple password, iCloud, or other Apple services.

2.3. Our use of Apple data adheres to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple's guidelines for Sign in with Apple. We do not sell, share, or use your Apple data for advertising, marketing, or AI model training.

2.4. You may revoke access at any time. To delete your account, contact us at [email protected]. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

3. Personal Data and Car Listings

3.1. Roddee does not process or store personal data from car listings. Any contact information, names, or other personal details visible in listings belong to the original posters and are displayed as-is from publicly available sources.

3.2. We cache car listings for a limited period (typically 4–6 weeks) to provide fast search results. Cached data is automatically deleted after the retention period.

3.3. If you are a car seller and wish to have your listing removed, contact us at [email protected]. We will remove the listing within 14 business days.

3.4. For registered users, we process account data (email, preferences) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

4.1. The Service is intended for personal car search, professional market analysis, and legitimate automotive activities.

4.2. The User is prohibited from:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or reselling access to the Service
• Using the Service for illegal, fraudulent purposes or impersonating others
• Interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service

4.3. All content, features, and functionality of the Service (interface, algorithms, AI systems, search functionality) are owned by Roddee and protected by copyright. Car listing content belongs to the original posters.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1. Roddee is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of car listings, uninterrupted service, or the quality of third-party data.

5.2. AI-generated summaries may contain errors or omissions. Full original text is always available for review.

5.3. We do not verify car listings, seller identity, or vehicle ownership. Always verify details directly with the seller and conduct due diligence before any transaction.

5.4. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites linked from our Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Roddee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including car transaction failures, fraudulent listings, or service interruptions.

6.2. If found liable, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months, or 1,000 THB, whichever is greater.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

7.1. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated with 30 days notice.

7.2. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, inactivity over 12 months, or legal requirements. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

7.3. Upon completion of beta, we may introduce paid subscription plans. Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

8.2. Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally for at least 30 days.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Roddee.

9.2. The Service is available in Thai and English. In case of discrepancy, the English version prevails.

9.3. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.

9.4. The new version of these Terms takes effect from the moment of publication at https://www.roddee.pro. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
